Over the past few years the path for immigration to America has become more challenging than ever. Processing delays and complications within the U.S., drastic reductions in visa processing capacity at U.S. embassies and consulates abroad, and an ever-shifting policy environment have placed many obstacles in the way of legal immigration to the U.S.

E-2 Investor Visa
The U.S. E-2 visa is a renewable investor visa available to citizens of select countries which allows the investor to set up a new or existing business in the U.S.
The E-2 application provides long-term visa status for the applicant, his/her spouse, and children under 21.
It is possible to apply for an E-2 visa from inside the U.S. or apply overseas at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
